Services:

• Basic inspection
• Comprehensive inspection
• Construction phased inspection
• Follow up inspection
• Warranty inspection

Deliveries:

• Electronic and/or hardcopy report:  A color coordinated State standard form with photo of each item will be provided within twenty-four hours after inspection service is completed to assure all comments and observations are appropriately noted and documented.  In a preschedule agreement, the report will be provided in the same day as needed.
• Verbal presentation and explanation of items listed as deficiencies within the report.

Fees:

• Basic Inspection: 

Standard inspection covering all listed details in the State Standard Form (REI 7A-1).

Under   2500 SF:  $350.00

2500 -   3500 SF:  $450.00

3600 -   5000 SF:  $600.00

Over     5000 SF:  Call for quotation

• Comprehensive Inspection: 

Additional comments covering significant details covered under basic.  

Add $75.00 to each item above.

• Construction Phased Inspection: 

$75.00 an hour for site visits on foundation, framing, and dry walls.

Final inspection: Above basic or comprehensive fees will apply.

• Follow Up Inspection: 

Re-inspection of deficiencies stated in the report after remediation is completed.

$75.00 an hour, minimum two hours 

• Warranty Inspection: 

Verifying equipment and structure covered under builder or supplier warrany.

$75.00 an hour, minimum two hours 

• Other Inspection Services

Pool, Septic System, Security System, and Termite inspection could be coordinated as needed.
